COACH RYAN PATRICK

Founder, Owner, Personal Trainer 

Ryan is the Founder and Owner of Peak Fitness & Sports Training. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and holds a Master of Science Degree in Health & Exercise Science from Colorado State University. His current role as an entrepreneurial dad and husband has ignited his desire to help men and women lead themselves in fitness and self-care in order to show up with energy and focus inside of their own families and careers.

 

Ryan has been a trainer since 2007 and worked with competition S.W.A.T. teams preparing for the World S.W.A.T. Games, youth athletes, collegiate athletes, and corporate athletes. He has been a speaker at the State Conference for the NSCA and been featured on an industry leading podcast, The Physical Preparation Podcast with Mike Robertson. His articles have been published by industry-leading websites sites such as Stack.com, Bodybuilding.com, and Elitefts.com.

 

NOAH WEBER

Personal Trainer

Noah has a degree in Exercise Science from NKU. He's also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with his certification from the National Strength & Conditioning Association. 

He has been on the PeakFAST team for over two years and trained with Ryan Patrick for several years before joining the gym as a trainer himself. 

RICHARD SINGLETON

Personal Trainer 

Richard holds a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of Kentucky. He is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, and a Functional Training and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist. He has had a robust fitness career which includes 5 years of client-based personal training and over 9 years of military fitness experience. 

JONAH COPSY

Personal Trainer

Jonah holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and a Master’s Degree in Recreation and Sports Management from Purdue University. An avid lifter since the age of 16, he has dedicated his life to helping others from his past experiences training in sports, powerlifting, and crossfit. He’s worked in a variety of different roles, including his time at Purdue’s Rec Center as a fitness consultant, bootcamp instructor, and wellness intern.
