COACH RYAN PATRICK

Founder, Owner, Personal Trainer 

Ryan is the Founder and Owner of Peak Fitness & Sports Training. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and holds a Master of Science Degree in Health & Exercise Science from Colorado State University. His current role as an entrepreneurial dad and husband has ignited his desire to help men and women lead themselves in fitness and self-care in order to show up with energy and focus inside of their own families and careers.

 

Ryan has been a trainer since 2007 and worked with competition S.W.A.T. teams preparing for the World S.W.A.T. Games, youth athletes, collegiate athletes, and corporate athletes. He has been a speaker at the State Conference for the NSCA and been featured on an industry leading podcast, The Physical Preparation Podcast with Mike Robertson. His articles have been published by industry-leading websites sites such as Stack.com, Bodybuilding.com, and Elitefts.com.

NOAH WEBER

Personal Trainer

Noah has a degree in Exercise Science from NKU. He's also a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with his certification from the National Strength & Conditioning Association. 

He has been on the PeakFAST team for over two years and trained with Ryan Patrick for several years before joining the gym as a trainer himself. 

RYAN GALLAGHER

Personal Trainer 

Ryan holds a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Psychology from Xavier University and is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. He has been a strength and conditioning coach for 3 years. He spent time as the head strength coach at Cincinnati Christian University following his career at Xavier. He also spent time working with the Philadelphia 76ers and United States Olympic Committee. Ryan is also currently an assistant Men’s basketball coach at Mount St. Joseph University.

HOLLY MOSS

Personal Trainer

Holly is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Coach. A life long dancer, she has been studying movement her whole life and throughout college. Prior to joining PeakFAST, she was dancing professionally in NYC while training at fitness and stretch studios around the city.
